1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products reported within seven (7) days of delivery or installation. Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue are required.
2. Inspection & Approval
All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Next Living Sdn. Bhd. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Customized products, clearance items, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible for refunds.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions or payment providers.
5. Exchange
If a replacement product is available, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund.
6. Shipping Fees

7. Delivery Inspection

Next Living Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of valuables, or damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.
9. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to reject claims involving fraudulent activity, policy abuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized chargebacks.
